How does a learner receive Hub access?
The guardian registers, confirms consent and nominates the authorised email. FixMatics then issues a private invitation. The learner should not forward that invitation.
How are assessments marked?
Short Hub checkpoints are marked immediately. Full calculations, diagrams and written explanations may be submitted through the approved WhatsApp route for tutor review and specific correction feedback.
