Municipal and local assistance
Distinguish once-off registration grants from annual bursaries and study assistance. Check residence, marks, financial need, coverage and each current official notice. A past scheme is not proof of an open application.
January readiness
Keep an action record with the official source, date checked, deadline, status, reference and next step. Prepare a study budget and independent study routine. Keep application passwords and documents in official applicant accounts.

Is the full Sprint inside the Learning Hub?
Yes. All seven Sprint days are embedded as complete learning loops with teaching, audio support, worked examples, assessment and correction.
Does a WhatsApp link contain the full lesson?
No. WhatsApp carries registration guidance, reminders, approved support and direct links. The private Hub carries the complete lesson and saves progress.
How does a learner receive Hub access?
Register directly in the Hub, confirm consent and provide the exact learner sign-in email. Notify admissions with the saved request reference. Admissions approves the learner and sends sign-in instructions manually; an activation code is not currently required.
How are assessments marked?
Selected-answer checkpoints provide immediate results. Final Push written practice is self-marked using the indicative memorandum. Arrange tutor verification of the written script through admissions; a self-marked score is not a teacher-verified NSC result.
Does the free Sprint become a paid plan automatically?
No. The guardian must choose a paid option. FixMatics confirms payment, start date and access period before paid lessons unlock.
Does FixMatics guarantee examination results?
No. FixMatics provides structured, CAPS-aligned supplementary support. Improvement depends on attendance, completed work, correction and the learner's wider school effort.
